SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping: All orders within the US qualify for free standard shipping (5-7 business days) with no minimum purchase required.

Expedited Options:

  • Express Shipping (6-9 business days): $9.95
  • Standard Shipping (10 - 15 business day): $5.55

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times range from 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at help@trysaphire.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and ensure you receive your Saphire Saffron as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at help@trysaphire.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
